Sales & Shipping Policy

The short version: Prices include applicable sales tax. U.S. shipping is $10 per saree, West San Jose pickup is free, and all sales are final. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or materially different from its listing, contact us within three calendar days of delivery.

Before you buy

Each saree listing is the source of truth for its price, material as known, measurements, included pieces, condition and availability. We photograph our sarees without color-altering filters, but lighting and screen settings can affect how colors appear. Please message us before purchasing if you would like to clarify a detail or arrange an available video consultation or in-person appointment.

Pricing, shipping and pickup

Displayed prices include applicable sales tax. Shipping within the United States is $10 per saree. Orders containing multiple sarees may be sent in separate packages because USPS package limits depend on weight. West San Jose pickup is free, and appointment details are shared privately. Tracking is provided after shipment. Please provide accurate contact, shipping and pickup information.

Final sales and order problems

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, preference, fit or screen-related color variation.

If an item arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item or it is materially different from its listing, message us privately on Instagram or Facebook Messenger within three calendar days of delivery. Include your order details, clear photos and, when available, a continuous unboxing video. Keep the saree and original packaging unchanged while we review the claim.

We may compare the claim with our pre-shipment condition, packing and delivery records. Approved claims will be refunded. This policy does not limit any rights provided by applicable law.
